So cute, good quality, very comfortable, fit as expected, true to sizeThese are the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. They are so comfortable and look good. I have them in two color and could wear them every single day. They are some steady that I can even run in them. I love them.These OTBT ankle boots would be great IF they were NEW as description stated and if they were size 9 as ordered. The box actually says size 9 but the boots are size 8. The entire exterior around the heels look like they were in a fight with a scotch brite or Brillo pad and the boots lost the fight. Seller Bayou Birkenstock completely misrepresented these boots. I chose to return and have a NEW pair sent to me. Hopefully Seller Bayou Birkenstock takes a minute to inspect them before they send them out.Love these & OTBT brand, but I will be sizing up a 1/2 size.I absolutely love OTBT shoes! I own several and they are so cute and very comfortable. I am always a size 8, my latest purchase was a pair of Montana boots also in size 8, I found them to be a bit too big to my surprise although they are very comfy. I will be ordering a black pair in 7 1/2
