Gurrls and GUYS! I LOVE the funkiness of these boots! They're glam rock, cool, and I sure haven't seen them around here. That being said, the calve part of the boot fits great. I'm 5'8 medium build, not huge calves. The shoe is too large but I love them so much I ordered a 1/2 size smaller. HA. I normally wear a 10 in Converse, sandals and most boots, even with heels so I initially got the 10. I had to put a silicone ball pad inside and wear socks but it's so worth it. Close up the boots don't look all that but put them on with a great black outfit and 'you've got the look' (Prince). I DJ in a dance club and I'm pretty sure I'll get a couple of compliments tonight! Get the boots.These boots are amazing. I love the thick, chunky heel and sole. I have a small frame and the boots are snug, so they are not for large calves. They are moderately comfortable. I walked half the day shopping and went dancing with periods of sitting all in one day. Although my feet were sore, it was manageable and I got tons of compliments. They are a standout item for your wardrobe!I ordered the all white pair for a bachelorette party. The first pair I ordered came before the expected delivery date, which was nice, but there was a gouge mark in the heel so I requested an exchange/replacement. They sent me another pair and these also have marks on them, this time it was a pale green scratch on both shoes. They are super cute and fit well but I’m getting really bummed that I can’t just get a pair in new condition.
