Super happy with my first pair of Chooka rain boots!! I normally wear a 9.5-10 and based on reviews, I ordered a 9 and they’re a perfect fit. They slip on and off will little effort and aren’t too tight on the ankle. My foot is average width and I have longer toes and they didn’t touch the end of the boot.The rubber is a nice thickness without making the boot too thick and heavy. I also really like that the buckle on the expandable side is a real buckle and not just a slide type of buckle because I feel like it will hold in place better.The black with grey floral is really pretty if you want something neutral without going solid black.I was so excited when these arrived! They are exactly as pictured, beautiful. I am usually a size 9.5, but after reading others' reviews, I sized down to a 9. I am glad that I did because they are still a little loose. I ordered some thick socks to wear with them though :).I walk my dog every morning and the boots are fantastic! Not only do my feet stay dry but I love the look of them.This is the second pair I purchased but the inner lining is separating from the boot after 6 monthsSo disappointingI really like these boots! The insert is super comfy and there’s plenty of room for thick socks. Your feet stay dry. This boot is short, which is nice for a large calf. No pinching anywhere. Also, cute design.I have large calves and the height of these are perfect. Not too snug in the ankle area either. Super soft memory foam footbed. Actual working buckle if you wanted to tighten the top. Arrived in 2 days. Very pleased and would definitely order again!I wore these boots 3 times and one of the buckets broke. I started the return process and the instructions said I had to completely package the items or the shipping store would charge me. The box the boots came in is a giant square. I would have to had to buy decent size moving box to put the boot box in. Regardless if I had to purchase a box or get charged from the shipping store it was still costing me money to return a defective item.LOVE these boots! They do run large I am usually a women’s 9 and the size 9 was too big I sized down to an 8 and they fit great even with thick socks.
